George Skivington will return to the Leicester second row for the top of the table clash with Saracens at Welford Road.
The inclusion of Skivington, who had been training with England during the RBS Six Nations, means Tom Croft can return to the back-row alongside Craig Newby and Thomas Waldrom.
Italy prop Martin Castrogiovanni is also available to play, however he starts on the bench.
"We've won three from three in the Six Nations period, we're going well, but we know it only takes a couple of dropped points and a couple of wins for others to change things in the table," said director of rugby Richard Cockerill.
"There is a lot of coming and going with players at this stage of the season, but we're used to that here.
"Saracens are a good side and I'm sure it will be a tough contest between two good teams."
Saracens have opted to make just the one change to their line-up, with Mouritz Botha handed a start.
Botha's inclusion in the second row comes as part of the club's rotation policy.
Scotland international Kelly Brown also returns to the squad, while Hugh Vyvyan is set to break the record for all-time Premiership appearances if he comes off the bench.
