For the second successive season Saracens and Leicester will slug it out for the Premiership final title.
Last season the Tigers clinched a dramatic late victory - and another close encounter between England's top two teams is expected at Twickenham.
With RPA young player of the year Manu Tuilagi suspended for punching Chris Ashton in the semi-final, Horacio Agulla has been called into the starting XV.
Agulla will start on the wing, with Matt Smith moving in to fill Tuilagi's No.13 shirt.
On the bench, RPA players' player of the year Thomas Waldrom and England prop Dan Cole having to settle for impact roles.
For Saracens, Neil de Kock has won the coin toss for the No.9 shirt, so Richard Wigglesworth having to settle for a place on the bench.
The inclusion of the South African is the only change to the line-up from the 12-10 victory over Gloucester.
Saracens have had the edge over Tigers this season, having beaten them twice - while the Vicarage Road side are currently unbeaten in 12 matches.
"We're really looking forward to the game after a good week of preparation," said Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall.
"We know that concentration and mental strength will be very important as finals can be decided by very small margins.
"Leicester have a great record of reaching finals and as a club, we have a huge amount of respect for them. We go into the game in a good place with some good results behind us and an understanding among the team as to what their roles are and what they need to do in order to win rugby matches."
