Leicester Tigers will welcome back international trio Toby Flood, Anthony Allen and Marcos Ayerza for the visit of the Scarlets.
Flood had been due to return on the bench for the clash against Treviso after six weeks out, however he was withdrawn on the morning of the game.
However the England fly-half has been cleared to start against the Welsh region, with Allen coming in for the injured Dan Hipkiss.
Having been sidelined for the past three games, prop Ayerza joins George Chuter and Martin Castrogiovanni in the front row.
On the bench, Ben Woods and Manu Tuilagi are included after recovering from injury.
Changes
It is a case of as you were for the Scarlets - with coach Nigel Davies keeping faith in the starting XV the saw off Perpignan 43-34 after a thrilling contest.
There are a couple of changes on the bench, though, with Rhodri Jones and Damian Welch replacing Phil John and Jonny Fa'amatuainu.
"Leicester are a very tough team to beat at home - we are going to have to be right on top of our game to win on Sunday," said Davies.
"We are confident - there is a lot to our game and we are playing some good, free-flowing rugby - but that is not in itself going to be enough on Sunday.
"We are respectful of Leicester and the quality of their players, and the most we can do to show that respect is to turn up with our number one game.
"We will have to match up to them physically - they have a very good set-piece and will look to dominate - and they've shown they have got more intent to attack and go through the phases well.
"For us, it's about what we do without the ball. We will have to step up a couple of notches from last weekend, but this is going to be a very big occasion and that will help us."
