Leinster will welcome back a raft of their Ireland internationals for the clash with Cardiff Blues.
Having lost out to Glasgow in their opening game, Leinster will be buoyed by the inclusion of Brian O'Driscoll, Jonathan Sexton and Shane Jennings.
O'Driscoll and Sexton come into a re-jigged backline, with Eoin O'Malley and Niall Morris dropping out and Isa Nacewa moving to the wing.
Shane Jennings comes into the back row and will skipper the side, while Mike Ross is named in the front row.
On the bench, Cian Healy and Eoin Reddan are set for their first appearances of the season.
Cardiff Blues will hand a debut to marquee signing Michael Paterson on Saturday.
The New Zealander sat out the win over Edinburgh but he comes into the Blues line-up as one of five changes to the side to face Leinster.
Tom Davies, Deiniol Jones and Sam Warburton have been added to the pack, while Dafydd Hewitt comes into the side for Tom Shanklin.
