Leinster are forced to make two changes to the pack as they look to guarantee a quarter-final spot in the Heineken Cup.
Anything less than a bonus point win against Edinburgh would leave the door open for Wasps to potential nab top spot in the pool.
However the Irish province will take on Edinburgh without the services of Leo Cullen and CJ van der Linde, who both limped off during the 19-12 defeat to Wasps.
Trevor Hogan comes in for Cullen, while Cian Healy gets the nod to replace van der Linde in the front row.
Leinster's cause will be helped by news Edinburgh are fielding a weakened team for the clash.
Ben Cairns, Phil Godman and Ross Ford are all rested for the trip, with youngster Jon Houston, fly-half David Blair and hooker Andrew Kelly all handed starts.
Greg Laidlaw also continues in place of Scotland captain Mike Blair at scrum-half.
