Two of the Heineken Cup semi-finalists will clash in the RaboDirect PRO12 on Friday when Leinster entertain Edinburgh.
The two sides booked their places in the last four - with Edinburgh shocking Toulouse and Leinster proving too strong for Cardiff Blues.
However they will have to put their European ambitions to one side when they return to domestic action.
Leinster, who will face Clermont in the last four, have made wholesale changes to their line-up - with only Jamie Heaslip, Isa Nacewa and Gordon D'Arcy retaining their places.
Reward
Heaslip captains the side - and despite the changes, there is no shortage of quality with eight Ireland internationals in the line-up.
Leinster are just one win away from securing a coveted home play-off spot having moved 11 points clear at the top of the table.
Edinburgh, whose reward for a memorable 19-14 win over Toulouse is a clash with Ulster, have made five changes to their starting XV.
With Mike Blair having suffered a shoulder injury against the French giants, Chris Leck is promoted from the bench at scrum-half - while Kyle Traynor, Esteban Lozada, Stuart McInally and Roddy Grant come into the pack.
