Leinster have named Brian O'Driscoll, Luke Fitzgerald and Jamie Heaslip in the starting line-up for the visit of Glasgow in the Magners League on Saturday.
Fitzgerald will assume duties on the left wing in place of Rob Kearney, who misses the game through illness, while Gordon D'Arcy will partner O'Driscoll at centre.
In the pack, Devin Toner will line up alongside Malcolm O'Kelly at second row and Rocky Elsom joins Heaslip in a back-row, which also includes skipper Shane Jennings.
Leo Cullen is named on a strong bench, including the likes of Shane Horgan and Jonathan Sexton.
Intense
Back-row forward Calum Forrester will make his 12th appearance for Glasgow at the RDS in Dublin on Saturday.
Forrester was named in the Warriors' starting line-up after he impressed when coming off the bench in last week's narrow home defeat to Ulster.
"It's a fantastic opportunity for me to get another start," he told the Warriors website.
"Especially at The RDS where they have some big crowds and the atmosphere is always very intense."
Promising young lock Richie Gray will start on the bench against the Irish following an encouraging season with Scotland under 20s.
Head coach, Sean Lineen added: "Calum came off the bench last week and played very well so I'm keen to give him his chance.
"We also have adequate back-up in James Eddie who has been impressive since his return from injury.
"It's also a massive opportunity for young Richie Gray on the bench as he has had a great season for the Scotland Under 20s.
"He's impressed me with his attitude and I'm looking forward to seeing what he's got at this level."
