Ireland hooker Bernard Jackman is set to captain Leinster for the rearranged clash with Glasgow.
Jackman is one of a number of Irish internationals included in the squad, with Girvan Dempsey, Trevor Hogan, Shane Horgan, Kevin McLaughlin, Malcolm O'Kelly and Mike Ross also named.
Isa Nacewa and CJ van der Linde will also come into contention for places in the starting XV, while Fergus McFadden, Paul Ryan and Eoin Sheriff will be hoping to get a chance to impress.
Glasgow have made one enforced change to their line-up for the trip to Dublin.
With Colin Shaw away with Scotland ahead of this weekend's IRB Sevens World Series event in Adelaide, Hefin O'Hare comes in on the right wing.
The Warriors are without 14 players due to injury or international call-ups, and coach Sean Lineen admitted: "Considering injuries and call-ups, I've been really pleased by how the players have responded.
"I was impressed with how the players stepped up against Connacht, and since then, they have trained outstandingly well ahead of what is another significant step up against European champions Leinster."
