Leinster and Munster welcome back a number of their international contingent for the provincial derby on Friday.
Leinster have a total of 13 Ireland internationals in their line-up including the quartet of Gordon D'Arcy, Jamie Heaslip, Shane Jennings, Sean O'Brien and Cian Healy, who make their first starts of the season following the World Cup.
Skipper Brian O'Driscoll, though has been given an extra week off, but Isa Nacewa is available after being rested.
Munster have made just a handful changes from the Aironi game - with Donncha O'Callaghan, Lifeimi Mafi, Niall Ronan and Denis Leamy all starting.
And Munster coach Tony McGahan said: "I don't think there are many greater challenges in European rugby than playing the Heineken champions, the number one ranked side in a sell out at the national stadium, a venue they've had wonderful success at.
