The Lions have made four changes to their line-up for the South African derby with the Stormers on Saturday.
All the alterations come in the backs, with James Kamana, Andries Coetzee, Butch James and Tian Meyer named in the starting XV.
Kamana starts at full-back with Jaco Taute moving into the centres alongside Doppies la Grange.
Newcomer Coetzee will make his debut on the wing, while James and Meyer will team-up at half-back.
Meanwhile Stormers coach Allister Coetzee has opted to name an unchanged squad for the clash at Coca-Cola Park.
With no new injuries following the 27-17 win over the Blues last time out, Coetzee has kept his faith in the same line-up.
