London Irish have named 12 full internationals in their squad as they look to secure their qualification from Pool One.
The Exiles, who are on track for a place in the quarter-finals in the tournament, need another win to guarantee a home fixture at Madejski Stadium in the quarter-finals.
And they have included Mike Catt at fly-half to marshal the side, while James Bailey comes in on the wing.
Richard Skuse makes his first start of the season at tighthead prop having recovered from injury. He is joined in the pack by David Paice at hooker and Richard Thorpe at blindside flanker.
Connacht coach Michael Bradley has made a dozen changes from the side which played against the Scarlets last Friday.
Connacht need a victory from either of their final two games to secure a place in the last eight - so Bradley is looking to use all the resources available to him.
"We are taking the two games as a pair and will be using our full squad over the two games," said Bradley.
"We have made a lot of changes as the same team, more or less, has played the last three matches against Munster, Leinster and the Scarlets in 13 days and could not be expected to play five games in a row.
"We need a win and probably a bonus point from these two games and that should be enough for us to qualify."
Former London Irish hooker Adrian Flavin will captain the Connacht side.
