Wasps boss Ian McGeechan has made just one change to his side for their Guinness Premiership game against London Irish at the Madejski Stadium on Sunday.
Fraser Waters is recalled at centre to partner Riki Flutey, forcing Wasps rising young talent Dominic Waldouck to take a seat on the bench.
Among the replacements Waldouck is joined by Wasps Academy player, Chris Bishay who replaces Danny Cipriani after his recall to England duty - international demands leaving Wasps without six regular first teamers in total.
"With internationals and injuries this is another big game for us," McGeechan said.
"As the Premiership continues to tighten up, every game can have a major effect on the table especially for those teams who are pushing for a top four spot."
Exiles news
The Exiles make four changes in personnel and two positional changes to the starting line-up of the team that played Gloucester last weekend for the sell out clash.
In the front row Clarke Dermody starts at loose head prop. Nick Kennedy returns to partner captain Bob Casey at lock with Kieran Roche switching to blindside flanker.
Declan Danaher starts at openside flanker with Juan Legizamon taking over at No 8.
In the only change to the backs Eoghan Hickey comes in at fly half in place of the injured Mike Catt.
"Sunday's match is among the highlights of our Guinness Premiership season and is so special to the players because of the wonderful crowd," said Brian Smith.
"Our victory in this fixture last season was based on courageous defence, intelligent attack and plenty of self belief.
"We'll need another performance of the same quality and passion if we are to get a favourable result on Sunday.
"Wasps are the reigning Heineken Cup champions and still one of the biggest forces in English rugby.
"They have a talented squad full of international players and they're very well prepared by Ian McGeechan, Shaun Edwards and their support coaches," Smith.
