London Irish boss Toby Booth insists his side's impressive win over Newcastle will count for nothing if they lose to Leeds.
The Exiles turned on the style as they thrashed the Falcons 46-12 last time out - but Booth wants his side to retain their focus.
"We've had an excellent start to the season so far and are in good shape for this weekend," said Booth.
"Last week's win over Newcastle counts for nothing if we don't get a positive result on Saturday and we are very focused on making sure that we continue our good form."
Booth has made just one change for the match, with England Saxons prop Alex Corbisiero coming in for Faan Rautenbach.
After a winless start to the season, Leeds will be looking for a win at the Madejski Stadium to kick-start their campaign.
Leeds won at the Exiles last season - and have made six changes to their line up following their defeat at Leicester.
Andy Titterrell, Sean Hohneck and Danny Paul all start in the pack, with Kearnan Myall swapping places with Rhys Oakley in the back row.
In the backs Luther Burrell has recovered from injury to start at inside centre, while Semi Tadulala gets the nod ahead of Lee Blackett.
