The Aviva Premiership club secured a bonus-point triumph over Newport Gwent Dragons in the opening round of matches in the competition, though they left it late to score a fourth try.
Joe Simpson crossed in injury time to finally get Dai Young's side a maximum haul after they had touched down three times in an impressive first half.
However scrum-half Simpson is rested for the trip to Italy, along with Billy Vunipola and Marco Wentzel.
Charlie Davies takes over at number nine while Elliot Daly, Andrea Masi and Christian Wade are all handed starting berths in the back line.
Lock James Cannon earns his first start this season in the place of vice-captain Wentzel; Tom Palmer is alongside him in the second row.
There are also places for prop Tim Payne and flanker James Haskell in the team, the latter's selection meaning Ashley Johnson moves to number eight.
Facing the two-time Heineken Cup champions is a tall order for Mogliano, particularly after they were thrashed 71-7 by Bayonne last time out. Flanker Marco Barbini did at least make history, grabbing their first try in Europe.
