Robin Sowden-Taylor will replace Martyn Williams in the Cardiff Blues side selected to take on unbeaten Munster.
Williams will be out of action for at least two weeks after he limped off against Ulster with the impressive Sowden-Taylor slotting in as openside flanker.
Leigh Halfpenny is out so Gareth Thomas starts on the wing, as Jamie Roberts is resorted at inside centre and will play alongside Jamie Robinson.
Ceri Sweeney gets his second start of the season at fly-half in a new look half-back pairing alongside Jason Spice.
A win at Musgrave Park would show that the Blues have real title credentials.
