Jamie Ringer will make his 100th appearance for the Dragons on Sunday, as they travel to Musgrave Park for a Magners League meeting with Munster.
Having joined the Dragons in 2003, Ringer, a former Wales Sevens and A player, has been a loyal servant at Rodney Parade and takes his place in the side at number seven.
"It will be a proud moment for me on Sunday and one that I've been looking forward to for a while," Ringer said.
"Unfortunately last season injury held me back and allowed Adam Black to beat me to achieving the first of the region's 100 caps but I'm thrilled to reach this milestone in my career for the Dragons and hope that there will be many more caps to follow."
Elsewhere Dan Lydiate completes his comeback from a serious neck injury, as he packs down at blindside flanker, with Grant Webb at eight.
Shaun Connor is handed the number ten jersey, meaning James Arlidge drops back to full-back as Ashley Smith reclaims his favoured number twelve jersey.
Munster coach Tony McGahan has made just one change to the 22-man squad that toppled Edinburgh in the opening fixture - with Denis Hurley returning.
Centre Hurley, though, has to be content with a place on the bench with Barry Murphy with Lifeimi Mafi paired in midfield. Rua Tipoki drops out of the squad altogether.
Ronan O'Gara, Jerry Flannery and Paul O'Connell all drop to the bench, with Paul Warwick starting at No.10, Frank Sheahan named at hooker and Mick O'Driscoll captaining the side from the second row.
