Two of the RaboDirect PRO12 play-off hopefuls clash at Musgrave Park on Saturday when Munster entertain Glasgow Warriors.
The two sides are locked on 56 points - with Munster in third place by virtue of games won - with just three games of the regular season left.
And with Ulster hot on their heels - a point behind in fifth - both sides now the importance of a win on Saturday night.
Munster will be without seven of the side that lost to Ulster in the Heineken Cup quarter-finals last time out because of injury.
BJ Botha (ribs), Paul O'Connell (knee), James Coughlan (hand), Keith Earls (ankle), Ronan O'Gara (leg), Denis Hurley (leg) and David Wallace (knee) are all sidelined.
Versatile
They join Danny Barnes (knee), Dave Foley (shoulder), Ian Nagle (shoulder) and Dave O'Callaghan (knee) in the treatment room - so Munster will make 10 changes in total.
Donncha O'Callaghan wins his 200th cap and will partner Mick O'Driscoll, who captains the side, while Peter O'Mahony moves to No.8 in the absence of Coughlan and Donnacha Ryan is named at blindside flank.
In the backs the versatile Johne Murphy takes over from Earls at 13, Luke O'Dea replaces Hurley and Ian Keatley is in for the injured O'Gara with Tomas O'Leary preferred on this occasion to Conor Murray.
The Warriors have made seven changes from the side that which saw off the Blues 31-3 in their last fixture.
Peter Murchie, Johnnie Beattie, Colin Shaw, Ruaridh Jackson, Richie Gray, Pat MacArthur and Jon Welsh are handed starts.
