Leinster will go in hunt of the double when they tackle local rivals Munster in the Magners League final.
Having secured the Heineken Cup title last week, Leo Cullen will have to motivate his side for one last time this season at Thomond Park.
Coach Joe Schmidt has made three changes to his line-up, with Fergus McFadden, Heinke van der Merwe and Shane Jennings coming in.
McFadden replaces the injured Gordon D'Arcy, with Cian Healy making way for van der Merwe and Kevin McLaughlin dropping to the bench for Jennings.
David Wallace will line up for his 200th appearance for Munster, who have home advantage after finishing top of the table during the domestic campaign.
