Ospreys director of rugby Scott Johnson has opted to shuffle his backline for the visit of Treviso the Liberty Stadium on Friday.
Wales and Lions internationals Lee Byrne and Shane Williams are both called into the starting XV, with Sonny Parker and Richard Fussell making way.
With Parker being rested for the match, Gareth Owen moves from full-back to inside centre, with Andrew Bishop switching to outside centre.
And Johnson insists his side will not take Treviso - opening day winners over the Scarlets - for granted.
"The result against the Scarlets sent out a clear message, but one thing's for certain, we were well aware of the threat before that game, and we will be approaching the game in exactly the same way we would any other, don't worry about that one," he said.

"I wasn't surprised by the result, it was good for the tournament and good for Treviso. It's also a great credit to the Magners that we've got a new team in and they've done well first up.
Treviso coach Franco Smith has made five changes to his line-up for the trip to Swansea.
Brendan Williams, Paul Derbyshire, Diego Vidal and Enrico Pavanello come into the starting XV, with Italy international Luke McLean switching to wing from full-back.
The Italians will be without captain Antonio Pavanello for the match, with the lock having picked up an injury against the Scarlets.
