The Ospreys welcome back a number of their international stars for the visit of Treviso on Saturday.
Adam Jones, Ryan Jones, Ian Evans, Alun Wyn Jones and Paul James all return following their involvement in Wales' Grand Slam triumph, while Shane Williams is also back on the wing.
And Ospreys forwards coach Jonathan Humphreys believes it is crucial that the side builds on their 23-22 away win over Leinster.
"We were understandably very pleased with the win last weekend but the message all this week has been that it won't mean anything if we don't back it up in this match," he said.
"That performance probably set a benchmark for the rest of the season. We will need to hit those standards and show the same desire and endeavour in our remaining games if we are going to have any chance of achieving a home semi."
Treviso coach Franco Smith has opted tweak his side following their narrow defeat to Ulster last weekend.
In the back row, injured No.8 Robert Barbieri is replaced by Francesco Minto, so Marco Filippucci will start on the bench.
In the backs, Brendan Williams is being rested, so Kristopher Burton moves to full-back, Alberto Di Bernardo starts at fly-half and Edoardo Gori wears the No.9 jersey.
