The Ospreys have rolled out their big guns as they attempt to secure a home tie in the Magners League play-offs against the Dragons on Friday.
Following a fortnight without first-class rugby due to the Heineken Cup semi-finals, the star-studded Welsh region are able to call upon a freshened XV with the likes of Shane Williams, James Hook and Alun-Wyn Jones named in the side.
"We've had two weeks off so everybody is raring to go again," said coach Jonathan Humphreys.
"It's the final game of the regular season, but we've been able to secure a place in the play-offs to extend our season by at least the week, now we want to make sure that we retain an interest right up to the final weekend.
"If we are going to do that, we know exactly what we have to do over the next three games."
A Magners League victory over Munster at Thomond Park last time out was critical to the Ospreys' chances of securing a tie in Swansea.
But, if they lose the derby on Friday night, it could be the last time the Liberty Stadium faithful get to see veteran back-rower Filo Tiatia in full flow.
