The second-placed Ospreys have named their final home side of the Magners League season as they prepare to face Glasgow at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday.
Head coach Sean Holley welcomes back hooker Richard Hibbard after his two-week suspension for stamping with the international joining Cai Griffiths and Duncan Jones in the front-row.
Elsewhere, the Welsh outfit pick their strongest lock and back-row combinations as they look to finish the 2008/09 campaign strongly.
"We've talked about being more clinical, about being more ruthless although we secured a good win in our last game against the Dragons, we know that there is still considerable room for improvement, so we have been working hard this week on getting that right," said coach Jonathan Humphreys.
Entertaining
"There'll be plenty of motivating factors for this one, not least is the desire to sign off at home for the season in a positive manner.
"You've got guys playing for a place in the Wales shirt, and you've also got people who haven't had much game time, through injury or whatever, so they are looking to make an impression as well.
"I'm sure it's going to be an entertaining game to watch so hope that there will be a good crowd at the Liberty Stadium, particularly with Ty Hafan set to benefit from a kind gesture made by the directors to donate money from each ticket sold for the game."
Meanwhile, young Glasgow prop Jon Welsh will make his professional debut this weekend having been handed a front-row start at the Liberty Stadium.
Welsh signed for the Warriors in 2008 and takes the place of Kevin Tkachuk while Dougie Hall steps aside for Eric Milligan who prepares to retire from playing professional rugby.
Dan Turner is preferred to Tim Barker alongside captain Alastair Kellock in the second row while Opeta Palepoi is given the nod at blindside.
Dedication
"Palepoi's presence in the back-row sees Calum Forrester shift to openside as John Barclay is ruled out of the remainder of the campaign with a foot injury sustained during last weekend's loss away to Leinster.
"I'm immensely proud to get my first start for Glasgow. I'm a Glasgow boy so it's a dream come true to be starting this weekend's game for my professional team," Welsh said.
"It's been a tough year of training and everyone at the club has been really supportive. I'm really looking forward to the weekend and playing against an established side like the Ospreys with four British Lions in their squad."
Warriors head coach Sean Lineen revealed that Welsh's start was rewarded after a long period of hard work to the Glasgow cause.
"This is what happens when a player displays outstanding dedication, attitude and application at training.
"This will be a real test for him against the hair-bear bunch (Adam and Duncan Jones). The Liberty Stadium will be an intimidating arena but I think he's up to it. We've potentially got a real talent here in Jon Welsh."
