The Ospreys have moved Tommy Bowe into the centres for their must-win Heineken Cup clash with Munster on Saturday.
The Ireland international, who usually plays on the wing, switches position to replace the benched Andrew Bishop for the match at the Liberty Stadium.
Nikki Walker comes in on the wing as the Welsh side make only one change in personnel to the side that fell to a 22-16 defeat at Thomond Park last Sunday.
Ryan Jones is set to make his 100th appearance for the Ospreys, who need a victory in order to stay in touch with Munster at the top of Pool Three.
"Everybody knows how much I love this region so it's a tremendous honour and achievement to reach 100 caps for the Ospreys, and is something that gives me great pride," Jones said.
The visitors retain the same starting XV that took the honours last time out but make an enforced change on the bench due to Paul O'Connell's suspension.
O'Connell has been given a four-week suspension for an incident that resulted in him being sent off for striking Ospreys flanker Jonathan Thomas.
Munster head coach Tony McGahan has refused to be drawn on the incident, with the club waiting until they have received a written verdict before deciding on an appeal.
Forward Donnacha Ryan is called into the squad as a replacement with O'Connell absent.
