Ospreys coach Sean Holley is relishing the visit of Perpignan to the Liberty Stadium as his side look to secure their first win of this season's competition.
The Ospreys were edged out 12-6 by Leicester, and Holley has no doubt that Perpignan will offer a different challenge.
He said: "We're all looking forward to our first home game in this season's Heineken Cup and playing in front of our biggest crowd of the season, it's going to be a great afternoon of rugby and a tremendous occasion.
"In our opening pool match at Leicester last Sunday we showed great character and could have got a lot more than the bonus point we achieved.
"Perpignan have had a very good start to the season and will present a very different proposition for us, but it is a challenge we are looking forward to.
"They have a strong squad and are one of the wealthiest clubs in the competition with huge ambitions. Traditionally they are a handful up front, they possess an effective kicking and running game so it will be a real test for us."
Injured
Holley has tweaked his back line, with Daniel Biggar coming in at No.10, meaning James Hook, Andrew Bishop and Tommy Bowe all shuffle along one place. Nikki Walker misses out as a result.
Rhys Webb gets the nod ahead Rhodri Wells at No.9, while in the forwards Filo Tiatia and Huw Bennett both start.
The inclusion of No.8 Tiatia means Ryan Jones moves to replace the injured Jonathan Thomas.
Perpignan have tweaked their line-up for the trip to the Ospreys.
Farid Sid, who started the win over Treviso on the wing, moves to the centres, with Julien Candelon handed the No.11 shirt.
Sid will form a new-look centre pairing with Christophe Manas named at inside centre.
In the forwards, Jean-Pierre Perez and Gerrie Britz swap positions in the back-row.
