Ospreys will be bidding to end a disappointing LV= Cup campaign on a high when they host Leeds at Liberty Stadium on Thursday night.
The Magners League side have been beaten by Northampton, Bath and Newport-Gwent Dragons in the Anglo-Welsh tournament this season.
The miserable run of results means they are playing for only pride against a much-changed Leeds line-up from the one that lost to Saracens last week.
As for the hosts, Wales squad member Tom Prydie has been released from international duty and starts at full-back in a side captained by Jerry Collins.
Will Taylor, Connor McInerney and Ben John could all make their debuts if they are called into action off the bench.
Ashley Beck, who starts in the centres, is looking for a much more disciplined display from the Ospreys after their 40-19 loss to the Dragons last Friday.
"After the first three games, we're determined to go out and get a win, we don't want to finish on four losses," he told the club's official website.
"It was tough out there last week against the Dragons, particularly in the contact area, and we gave away a lot of penalties.
"We've all got to get over that for this week, we've got to be squeaky-clean when it comes to our discipline."
Alterations
Leeds, who also have no chance of reaching the last four, have made six alterations to their starting XV for the trip to Swansea.
In the backs, Leigh Hinton comes in for Jon Goodridge at full back whilst Scott Barrow makes his first start since the defeat to Harlequins at the beginning of December.
Lee Blackett comes in for Scott Armstrong on the wing, while there are another three changes in the pack - including an all-new second row.
Erik Lund and captain Marco Wentzel return to replace Phil Murphy and Tom Denton. The other new face is Calum Clark, who comes in for Jacob Rowan in the back row.
"It is great to play at the Liberty Stadium. We enjoyed playing there in pre-season and it was a good experience for some of our guys when we went there at the start of the season," director of rugby Andy Key said.
"But things have moved on now and we go there knowing we need to put in a good performance.
"They will be without their international guys but they still have a very good squad including a number of Test players."
