Perpignan will be looking to make amends for their 2009 defeat to Treviso when they clash in the Heineken Cup for the second successive season.
The French side were edged out 9-8 in the opening round of games last season - and go into the game on the back of their loss to the Scarlets.
However Manny Edmonds returns to marshal the backline, so Gavin Hume can revert to the centres.
David Mele also comes back into the side No.9, while in the pack Kisi Pulu, Marius Tincu and Jérôme Schuster combine in the front row.
Italy full-back Luke McLean switches to fly-half for the trip as one of a number of changes made by Treviso.
Winger Joe Maddock and goal-kicking scrum-half Tobias Botes both return to the starting XV but Italy hooker Leonardo Ghiraldini drops to the bench.
