Edinburgh boss Michael Bradley has made six changes for Friday's Heineken Cup clash against Racing Metro.
Edinburgh edged out the Top 14 outfit in round two after a stirring fight back and they will look to move towards the quarter-finals with victory at Stade Yves du Manoir.
Scotland scrum-half Mike Blair returns to the side for the trip, with Greig Laidlaw switching to fly-half and Phil Godman dropping to the bench.
Lee Jones and Matt Scot also come into the back division, while Grant Gilchrist, Ross Rennie and David Denton are recalled to the pack.
