Racing toppled Sarries 24-21 last time out - but with Clermont and Leinster also vying for a place in the last eight from Pool Two, they know they can't afford to slip up at home.
Racing have made only two changes for the match with Nicolas Durand starting at scrum-half and Julien Brugnaut named in the front row.
Saracens have made five changes to their line-up for the trip to Paris.
Michael Tagicakibau has recovered from a hamstring strain to take his place in the backs, while Hayden Smith, Hugh Vyvyan, Kelly Brown and Justin Melck all start in the pack.
