The Reds will welcome back Sean Hardman and Van Humphries to their squad for the visit of the Blues to Brisbane on Saturday.
The experienced duo missed the 41-20 victory over the Crusaders through injury, but they have been passed fit to tackle the visitors from Auckland.
Hardman, who has made 138 Super Rugby appearances, is named on the bench as Saia Faingaa retains the No.2 jersey.
Humphries comes straight back into the starting XV after skipper James Horwill was ruled out for the season.
Scrum-half Will Genia has taken over as captain, with Daniel Braid acting as his deputy.
The Blues have made three changes to their line-up for the match, with Rene Ranger, Charlie Faumuina and Peter Saili all starting.
