Berrick Barnes, James Horwill and Mark McLinden are all fit and ready for the Reds' final Super 14 clash on Saturday against the Hurricanes.
The trio were three of several missing for last week's game against the Crusaders.
"James (foot), Berrick (groin) and Mark (knee) should all be okay," Mooney said on Wednesday.
Flanker Tasi Luafutu has been bracketed with Andrew Shaw for a return from a broken hand, meanwhile, with his availability dependent on the effectiveness of a protective guard.
Hurricanes head coach Colin Cooper has named an unchanged starting XV to play in Brisbane, with a place in the Super 14 semi-finals on the line.
If successful, the Hurricanes will reach the semi-finals for the sixth time and the fifth in the past seven seasons.
In just one change to the reserves bench, flanker Karl Lowe comes into the playing 22 for Faifili Levave as loose forward cover.
The third-placed Hurricanes (39 points) are sitting just three points adrift of the new leaders the Bulls (42), and two back from the Chiefs (41).
They can still earn a home semi-final if they win and either the Brumbies beat the Chiefs in Hamilton on Friday or the Sharks beat the Bulls in Durban on Saturday.
And the Hurricanes have now won six of their past seven meetings with the Reds and won four in a row between 2003-2006.
The Reds broke the sequence in 2007, winning 25-16 - the last time they met in Brisbane - and the Hurricanes prevailed again 23-18 in Wellington last year.
If the Hurricanes lose to the Reds on Saturday, they still might require a bonus point to progress to next week's play-off.
