Moses Rauluni will start at scrum-half for the English side at Stadio Mario Battaglini with Derick Hougaard in the number 10 shirt.
Chris Wyles starts at full-back with Michael Tagicakibau and Richard Haughton on the wings in a game where Sarries need to score tries.
Brendan Venter's side need a bonus point if they are to stand their best chance of qualification as they currently sit second in the group behind Toulon.
