Saracens will welcome back international duo Chris Wyles and Michael Tagicakibau for the visit of Harlequins on Sunday.
Wyles and Tagicakibau have been away playing for the USA and Fiji respectively but they return to the starting XV.
With Kameli Ratuvou ruled out for six months, Tagicakibau has been named in the centres with Wyles starting at full-back.
Sarries also welcome back South African trio Mouritz Botha, Jacques Burger and Ernst Joubert to the pack with Scotland international Kelly Brown named on the bench.
Harlequins have opted against tinkering with their starting XV despite the return of their international contingent.
Quins toppled Leeds Carnegie 51-18 last time out, so Nick Easter, Danny Care and Gonzalo Camacho have to settle for a place on the bench.
