The top two in the Aviva Premiership will clash in front of a record crowd when Saracens take on Harlequins at Wembley.
Just three points separates leaders Quins from defending champions Saracens, with both sides desperate to close in on a home semi-final for the play-offs.
And Saracens boss Mark McCall is looking forward to the mouth-watering encounter.
"There couldn't be a better stage for a game between the current top two sides in the competition," said McCall.
"Wembley has become a home from home for us in recent seasons, but it's a stage on which the players really enjoy performing and after a very good week of preparation, we can't wait for kick off."
Saracens will welcome back England trio Owen Farrell, Mouritz Botha and David Strettle for the clash, however Brad Barritt misses out as he is back in South Africa.
Carlos Nieto is also back in the starting XV, while scrum-half Richard Wigglesworth returns on the bench after six months following knee surgery.
England captain Chris Robshaw has been named in the Harlequins line-up for the encounter.
Robshaw is available again following his international commitments and is one of three changes made by Conor O'Shea.
Maurie Fa'asavalu joins Robshaw in the back-row, while a training ground injury means that Joe Gray is replaced at hooker by Rob Buchanan.
Tom Guest drops to the bench, where he is joined by Aston Croall.
