Second row Kris Chesney admitted that Sunday will be an emotional day when he plays his last game at Vicarage Road for Saracens against Leicester.
The 35-year-old will make his 338th Guinness Premiership appearance for Sarries in his final run out in Watford before a move to Toulon next season.
"It will be an emotional day and I'm not really sure what my reaction will be as Sarries has been my home for so many years," he said.
"I'm looking forward to the game but the day is not about me, it's about putting in a good team performance and trying to beat Leicester - that's the most important thing."
Hugh Vyvyan, Justin Melck and Tom Mercey come in to Sarries' line-up for Ben Skirving, who has been suffering from a virus, and Steve Borthwick and Cencus Johnston, who both have knocks.
Francisco Leonelli also gets the nod to start at outside centre while on the bench, Justin Marshall returns after being cup-tied against Newcastle last weekend. Glen Jackson captains the side.
Leicester changes
"It's a very important game for both sides and our focus is to finish as high as possible in the Guinness Premiership," said head coach Richard Graham.
"And with last weekend's results opening up a seventh Heineken Cup spot for English teams next season, it gives the game even more importance."
Leicester have made five changes to the team that saw them into the Heineken Cup semi-finals for Sunday's Guinness Premiership trip to Saracens.
There are returns to the starting XV for Scrum-half Julien Dupuy and back-row duo Craig Newby and Jordan Crane, who all played a part from the bench in last Saturday's win over Bath.
Tom Croft moves into the second row after Louis Deacon was injured in the Heineken Cup clash but Martin Corry, Marco Wentzel and Richard Blaze remain unavailable.
Johne Murphy starts on the wing as Alesana Tuilagi serves a club suspension.
Benjamin Kayser, who has not played since returning from Six Nations duty with a neck injury, is named among the replacements.
As well as their second row absences, the injury-hit Tigers are without Brett Deacon (foot), Ben Herring (head), Toby Flood (leg), Derick Hougaard (back), Aaron Mauger (back), Lewis Moody (ankle) and Matt Smith (ankle).
"Saracens have had some excellent results at home and they are still in the hunt for European places," said Acting Head Coach, Richard Cockerill.
"We know the size of the challenge but we want the points for our own play-off ambitions.
"Our options have been limited in certain positions recently but we are getting a few of our injured players back now with Craig Newby, Jordan Crane and Seru Rabeni re-joining the squad last week and Benjamin Kayser back this weekend."
