Glasgow welcome back three of their Scotland stars for Saturday's Magners League meeting with the Scarlets.
Wing Thom Evans returns having fully recovered from the concussion he suffered during his country's final Six Nations game against England.
He is joined in the starting line-up for the trip to the Parc y Scarlets by flanker John Barclay and centre Graeme Morrison, who were both rested for last week's home loss to leaders Munster.
"It's great to have these three quality players back in the team. It strengthens the squad and we're all desperate to get this show back on the road," said head coach Sean Lineen.
"This is a season where the highs have been very high and the lows have been very low. Last week was very hard to take and the whole squad is champing at the bit to play this weekend."
Having already played at full-back, centre and fly-half this season, Ruaridh Jackson will get another crack in the number ten jersey as Dan Parks is relegated to the bench.
Prop Justin Va'a is out due to a head knock suffered last weekend, meaning Kevin Tkachuk will start on Saturday.
Full-back Bernardo Stortoni will miss his first game since joining Glasgow at the beginning of last season after retiring 30 minutes into last weekend's game with concussion.
Argentina international Stortoni, who has played 43 consecutive games since signing in summer 2007, will be replaced by Colin Gregor.
Lineen said of Stortoni: "It just shows you how resilient he is. He's still desperate to play and I wish there were more players like him around today."
