It will be in with the new and out with the old as the Scarlets entertain Harlequins in the Heineken Cup on Saturday.
The match will be the last-ever game of European rugby to be played at the ground - but the Scarlets go into the game with Wallaby number eight David Lyons set to make his tournament debut.
David Lyons features in an impressive looking back row that also includes captain Simon Easterby and Gavin Thomas.
Former All Black prop Kees Meeuws is fit again and starts at tighthead prop, with fellow New Zealander Simon Maling packing down behind him in the second row.
Welsh international brings some experience to the back three, that also features Morgan Stoddart and Darren Daniel.
Head coach Nigel Davies knows his side need to start with a bang.
"I think we've got a well-balanced draw," he said.
Opportunities
"It's fairly evenly matched and will be a very competitive group. I think there are some opportunities for us here but essentially it's down to form and who hits the ground running."
Harlequins travel to Wales without injured England winger David Strettle, with Charlie Amesbury set to start on the wing.
The only other change in the Quins squad sees Epi Taione promoted to the bench to replace Amesbury.
And Strettle is disappointed to miss the clash. He told the club's official site: "The Heineken Cup is not only a great indicator of how the club is progressing, but it is also a reward for the good performance that we put in last year, in order to qualify for this event.
"You don't get into the Heineken Cup unless you are a quality side, and Scarlets will be no exception.
"When you play the same Guinness Premiership teams each year you have an understanding of how the team plays, but when it comes to the Heieneken Cup there are always a number of teams which you won't have faced before, and this will be the case of Scarlets.
"As a result, you tend to change the way you prepare for the game in a small way. You end up looking more inward, play your own game and hopefully come out on top.
"'I am deeply gutted to be missing the game, but I know the team is really excited about playing and looking to come away with a win."
