Rassie Erasmus has made three changes to his Stormers side that lost narrowly in Pretoria for their meeting with the Lions at Newlands on Saturday.
The head coach recalls Springbok flank Schalk Burger to the number six jersey with wing Sireli Naqelevuki also coming in.
Elsewhere, JD Moller makes way for Adriaan Fondse in the second-row while fly-half Willem De Waal continues ahead of replacement Peter Grant.
