England fly-half Jonny Wilkinson will miss Toulon's Pool Three clash with Rovigo after being rested.
The pool leaders have opted to bring former Leinster fly-half Felipe Contepomi in at 10 as they look to secure a place in the quarter-finals.
Toulon boss Phillipe Saint-Andre has put together a centre combination of Tom May and Sonny Bill Williams, while there is also a recall for Matt Henjak.
