Cardiff chief Dai Young has kept faith in the same starting XV to the one that beat Edinburgh 20-0 in the Magners League last time out - meaning Gareth Thomas will line-up against his former team-mates.
Toulouse coach Guy Novès has named a near full-strength side for the visit of Cardiff - although he has question marks over his half-back pairing.
France No.9 Jean-Baptiste Elissalde will start at fly-half to accommodate Byron Kelleher at scrum-half, however the duo have struggled to click this season.
However, with Cédric Heymans, Vincent Clerc and Yannick Jauzion in the backline, the French side will remain a danger - especially on the break.
