Defending champions Toulouse will look to continue their charge towards a 19th domestic crown when they tackle Castres on Saturday.
Having finished the season in top spot, Toulouse will be involved in their 19th successive play-off semi-final.
On the other hand Castres, who beat Montpellier in the opening rounds of the play-offs, have reached the last four for the first time in 11 years.
On top of that Castres have not won in the Ville Rose since 1979.
William Servat will make his long-awaited return to the Toulouse line-up for the clash - with 18-year-old Christopher Tolofua dropping to the bench.
Marc Doussain and Lionel Beauxis will team up at half-back with Luke McAlister moving to inside centre, while Yoann Maestri has been cleared to play despite his red card against Montpellier in the final game of the regular season.
Castres lock Joe Tekori has also been given the green light to play after he was spared further punishment for his sending off - also against Montpellier.
Max Evans has also been included in the squad despite Scotland's hopes that the centre will team up with them in Australia ahead of Thursday's Test.
