Ireland flanker Stephen Ferris could make his return for Ulster after being named on the bench for their Magners League clash with Treviso on Friday.
In the back-line, only Simon Danielli keeps the same position he played in the New Year's Day derby defeat to Munster as Adam D'Arcy replaces Jamie Smith at full-back with Andrew Trimble named on the wing.
Elsewhere, Paddy Wallace moves from fly-half to inside centre, leaving Ian Humphreys and Ruan Pienaar to form the half-back partnership.
Tom Court, who was rested last week as part of the player management programme, comes back into the front row alongside BJ Botha and captain Rory Best.
Johann Muller returns to partner Tim Barker at lock, while Chris Henry and Pedrie Wannenburg start ahead of TJ Anderson and Robbie Diack in the back-row.
Ulster have won all five of their previous contests with Treviso in all competitions but the visitors come into the clash having won both of the Italian derbies with Aironi over the festive period.
