Ulster will attempt to close in on the Magners League play-offs when they tackle Connacht at Ravenhill.
Ulster currently occupy third spot in the standings, with Leinster, Ospreys, Scarlets and Cardiff Blues also in the mix to join Munster in the play-offs.
Brian McLaughlin's side slipped up against Leinster last time out - and Ulster know they can't afford another defeat.
As a result McLaughlin has made a number of changes to his line-up, with Jerry Cronin, Darren Cave, Johann Muller, Simon Danielli and Willie Faloon all handed starts.
However BJ Botha, Paddy Wallace and Andrew Trimble all miss out through injury, while Tim Barker and Robbie Diack dropping to the bench.
"We have to win the last two games, there's no doubt about that," said McLaughlin.
"At the minute we are not even thinking about the second one. The most important thing for us is to make sure that on Friday night at Ravenhill we get the result we need."
Connacht will welcome back experienced trio Brett Wilkinson, Michael Swift and John Muldoon to their line-up.
Wilkinson, Swift and Muldoon have all made over 100 appearances each for the province and have shaken off injury to return.
Eoin Griffin is also included in the side, with the young winger replacing Brian Tuohy.
