Ulster coach Matt Williams has named a powerful looking pack as he looks for his side to bounce back from the defeat to the Dragons.
Justin Fitzpatrick, Rory Best and BJ Botha will team up in the front row for the clash against Glasgow - and Williams wants a positive reaction from his squad.
"The individuals in the team have to take responsibility," said Williams.
"I was very unhappy with our last performance; we cannot talk our way out of it, or make excuses. We need a performance against Glasgow, and nothing but 100 per cent will do. Our focus is to take back the points we lost against Dragons, and show what we are really capable of.
"The players all know that they have to stand up and perform come Saturday."
Academy centre Ian Whitten also comes into the starting XV, alongside scrum-half Isaac Boss.
Glasgow will hand a debut to 20-year-old winger Chris Kinloch for the trip to Ravenhill.
Skills
Kinloch, who was awarded a contract with Glasgow last summer, scored in each of his two appearances in the pre-season tour to France.
However, Kinloch will make his first appearance in the Magners and he is relishing the chance to showcase his skills.
He said: "I've been looking forward to earning my first start for a while now. I can't wait to get out there in a Glasgow jersey.
"The pre-season competition in France was a great opportunity for me to stake a claim for a professional contract, now I've got to prove to the coaches and my team-mates that I can step up to the next level and compete in the Magners League."
Kinloch replaces Colin Shaw in the only change to the back division that faced Cardiff Blues, while in the pack, Kevin Tkachuk is in for Justin Va'a at loose-head prop and will link up with Fergus Thomson, who will start at hooker for the first time in almost two months.
With captain Alastair Kellock out through injury, Opeta Palepoi steps into the second row, while back-row Calum Forrester swaps places with Stevie Swindall to make his third start for the Warriors.
