South African Ruan Pienaar will make his much-anticipated debut for Ulster against Glasgow on Friday.
Pienaar starts at scrum-half as one of a number of changes for the clash, with Scotland winger Simon Danielli and fly-half Niall O'Connor coming into the backs with Paddy Wallace moving to inside centre.
In the forwards Johann Muller and Dan Tuohy team up in the second row, while Robbie Diack starts at No.8.
Glasgow have kept faith in their starting XV for the tip to Ulster, with a number of changes on the bench.
Pat MacArthur, Ryan Grant, Aly Muldowney and Rob Dewey are all included among the replacements.
And coach Sean Lineen is confident about his side's chances, saying: "The players have been doing a lot of good things in the games we've played so far.
"It would be difficult if we couldn't pinpoint what wasn't going up to speed.
"We can't fault the players' effort at all, its just decisions and some skills at key times just not coming off.
"It's a very young forward pack. We're making errors and we're getting punished for them, and you'd expect that. But as long as we're learning, that's the key."
