Ulster will look to spoil Harlequins' march towards the quarter-finals of the Heineken Cup.
The Quins are unbeaten so far in the competition this season - and have recorded two impressive wins over Stade Francais.
However Ulster coach Matt Williams insists his side will not be fazed by facing Dean Richards' side.
"We are playing against a fantastic team, but that will not worry us," said Williams.
"They are playing for a quarter final place; they have everything to play for and we have nothing to lose. For our guys it's about pride, we want to make-up for the defeat against Edinburgh and make qualification as hard as possible for Quins. They beat us early in the season and now we are coming back at them."
"We have a lot of injury and sickness in camp, but I feel that the starting line-up is strong and quick enough to take on Quins, and put them through their paces.
Happy
"We need to make sure that we have great players throughout the squad so that when we are hit by injury worries we are not hit too hard. Mentally the guys are really for the match, they have given it their best all week and I am happy we are ready."
Scotland winger Simon Danielli, lock Ryan Caldwell, flanker Kieron Dawson and No.8 Chris Henry all come into the starting XV for the clash.
Harlequins have named their strongest starting XV for the match, knowing a win will be enough to see them into the quarter-finals.
Ceri Jones returns at prop in the only change from the side that lost to Wasps in their last outing.
