Saracens director of rugby Alan Gaffney is expecting Viadana to provide his side with a much sterner test than they did in their first meeting.
The Sarries were at their ruthless best as they romped to a 71-7 victory at Vicarage Road, however Gaffney knows that Viadana will not be a push over on their own patch of Stadio Luigi Zaffanella.
Gaffney said: "We have got to win at the weekend, first and foremost.
"Viadana will have a very different side to the one they put out last weekend, where a lot of their top players did not feature. They are preparing for a big league game against Calvisano the following weekend and will want to do well.
"We went to GRAN Parma last year and didn't play particularly well but got the bonus point win.
"Viadana are a better side than them so we are going to have to play to our abilities. The set piece should prevail - our scrum was a lot stronger than theirs but we expect them to toughen up in that department and we are prepared for that."
Gaffney has made five changes for the trip - all of which come in the pack.
Kevin Yates and Matt Cairns come into the front row, Kris Chesney replaces Chris Jack at lock, while Paul Gustard and Dave Seymour are named in the back row.
Changes
Viadana have made wholesale changes to the line-up that was ripped apart by Saracens.
Eight players come into the starting XV, while Viadana have rejigged their backline.
Kaine Robertson comes in on the wing to captain the side, while Graig McGrath is handed the N0.9 jersey, with Steven Bortolussi moved to full-back. Gerry Law is moved to the centres, while Samuele Pace switches to the wing.
In the pack, Viadana field their first-choice back row of Joshua Sole, Aldo Birchall and Jaco Erasmus while Quintin Geldenhuys starts in the second row. Miguel Alonso and Luigi Ferraro join Ignacio Rouyet in the front row.
