Felipe Contepomi will line up at inside centre for Argentina against Wales at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday.
Leinster outside half Contepomi switches to the midfield in a Pumas starting line-up that contains 14 players who play their club rugby in Europe. Federico Todeschini comes in at number 10.
Argentina captain and Stade Français Paris scrum-half Agustin Pichot is one of the 10 who represent leading French clubs, while brothers Ignacio and Juan Fernandez Lobbe (Sale Sharks) and London Irish flanker Juan Manuel Leguizamon are Premiership regulars.
