Having thumped the Kings by a record 72-10 in Port Elizabeth last time out, head coach Michael Cheika has seen no reason to tinker with his team.
He has, though, named fit-again Australia internationals Drew Mitchell and Berrick Barnes on an extended bench.
Will Skelton, a 21-year-old lock, will make his debut should he get onto the field from the replacements.
The Stormers have handed South Africa lock Eben Etzebeth his first start of the season.
Etzebeth is the only change to the starting XV at Allianz Stadium with the fit-again forward set to partner Andries Bekker in the engine room.
Stormers coach Allister Coetzee has rotated his bench, with Don Armand and Gerhard van den Heever drafted in.
