Wasps will need to get the better of a French team for a third time this season if they are to reach the semi-finals of the Amlin Challenge Cup.
Bayonne and Bordeaux have already been beaten at Adams Park and next up for the Aviva Premiership side are Biarritz, who have won their last four outings in the Top 14.
The visitors were one of three Pool runners-up in the Heineken Cup who joined forces with the five Pool winners in the Amlin Challenge Cup to make up the last eight of the second-tier competition.
There are five changes to the Wasps starting team, while director of rugby Dai Young forced into a six-two forwards split on the bench due to injuries and eligibility for this competition.
Christian Wade is brought straight into the side on the wing after three months out while Charlie Davies replaces the sidelined Nic Berry.
In the front-row Zak Taulafo and Vladislav Korshunov start, having finished the game strongly off the bench last weekend, while Matt Everard comes into the back-row and Sam Jones moves to No.8.
Centre Elliot Daly retains his place, with Young opting to continue with some of the club's youngsters following last weekend's 26-24 home win over Gloucester.
Meanwhile, Biarritz are without veteran French international Damien Traille, meaning Australian Dane Haylett-Petty switches from full-back to centre.
Influential scrum-half Dimitri Yachvili will captain the side as fellow French international Imanol Harinordoquy is on the bench.
