David Lemi, Zak Taulafo, Simon Shaw and Andy Powell will return to bolster the Wasps squad for the visit of Exeter.
The quartet have all been involved in the autumn internationals but they make timely returns, especially as Tom Rees, Tim Payne and Richard Haughton all missing.
Lemi, Shaw and Powell will all start while Taulafo has been named on the bench.
Wasps also hand a first start to Shaun Ruwers, while he is joined by hooker Tom Lindsay in the front row.
Meanwhile fly-half Dave Walder will make the 150th Premiership appearance of his career.
Exeter coach Rob Baxter has kept faith in the same line-up from the 24-19 victory over Sale for the trip to Adams Park.
That means leading try-scorer Mark Foster starts on the bench, with James Phillips and Gareth Steenson still missing through injury.
And although the Chiefs have won their last three Premiership games, Baxter insists his players are remaining focused.
"Things are going well," said Baxter.
"I like to think the players are confident right now, but we are also aware they have been through some very tough fixtures recently.
"The guys have not been walking off the pitch shouting and hollering about how easy the games were. Instead they've talked about how hard they have had to work to get the points. For me that is fantastic because it kind of keeps us grounded."
